Shipping and Returns
Order fulfillment, change or order withdrawal.

Orders placed in the Store are carried out as standard in the Republic of Poland, the European Union and other countries of the world.

The implementation of foreign orders is possible in individual cases and requires separate arrangements between the Store and the Customer.

Orders paid by bank transfer, e-transfer or credit card are processed within 18 days from the moment the order amount is credited to the Store's account.

Orders are processed on business days, between 7.00 a.m. and 10.00 a.m. Orders placed after 10.00 a.m. are accepted on the next business day and implemented depending on the chosen form of payment.

The order fulfillment dates listed in this chapter apply to goods currently available in the Store. The seller reserves that the implementation of orders for products currently unavailable in warehouses may exceed the above-mentioned deadlines.

In such a situation, the Customer will be notified in the e-mail confirming the acceptance of the order for execution about the extension of the order completion date. If within two working days from the date of notification, he does not withdraw from the order, the Seller will assume that the Customer agrees to extend the order fulfillment time.

Changes to the order placed are allowed until the Seller sends an e-mail confirming the acceptance of the order.

Until then, the customer also has the option to withdraw his order.

The seller allows you to use the following forms of order delivery:
a) Via a courier company. -
Shipping costs depend on the chosen form of delivery. Their height is specified in the table.

The total cost of shipping products to the customer is each time indicated in the e-mail confirming the acceptance of the order.
